FRANKLIN COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
A Franklin County man is charged with giving alcohol to minors and then sexually abusing them.
56-year-old Jerry Lee Davis of Vina allegedly bought beer and liquor for two 15-year-old girls and then sexually abused them.
Reports said Davis took the one of the girl's clothes off and tried to rape her, but she fought him off.
The second girl said she was raped Saturday night.
Davis was arrested and charged with first-degree rape, first-degree sexual abuse and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was released on a $75,000 bond.
