MADISON, AL (WAFF) -
A man was arrested for a second time after police said he stole from members of the Madison YMCA.
Investigators said 52-year-old James Stephen Winning was arrested Sunday after the owner found Winning breaking into his car in the parking lot of the Madison YMCA. Police said he stole the victim's car keys from the men's locker room, located the victim's car, and broke in.
This is second time Winning has been arrested for stealing from YMCA members. He was arrested in April for the same thing. He is suspected of stealing from several gyms throughout central Alabama and Tennessee.
Winning was charged with one count of unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and two counts of theft of property.
