GRANT, AL (WAFF) -
A drug bust in Marshall County landed three people in
jail.
Officers searched a residence in Grant Wednesday and
found meth and marijuana at the home.
Emily Steelman and Brandon Haygood were arrested and
charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession
of marijuana second degree and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
In addition, Timothy Hacker, a registered sex offender
was found staying at the home when a child was present. Hacker was convicted in
1995 of first degree rape of a 17-year-old.
Hacker was arrested and charged with two counts of establishing living accommodations with
minor.
All remain in the Marshall
County Jail this afternoon with No Bond.
