VALHERMOSA SPRINGS, AL (WAFF) -
Morgan County drug agents discovered several abandoned methamphetamine labs in a popular fishing spot.
Sheriff Ana Franklin said the meth labs were found Monday morning on Upper River Road in Valhermosa Springs on the bridge and under the bridge.
Some of the labs, found near the creek, were fresh and some of them were older. Drug agents started an intense investigation. Anyone with information about the labs or about other dump sites can contact the Morgan County Sheriff's Office at 256-301-1174.
