A water restriction is still in effect for the
Harvest-Monrovia area.
Officials did report a significant decrease in water use.
The water authority reported tank levels are at 75-80
percent full which provided adequate pressures for fire protection and
household use.
The water restriction is a level 3. Outside water use is
prohibited except on Monday and Wednesday between the hours of midnight and
4a.m. for even numbered addresses and midnight to 4 a.m. on Tuesday and Thursday
for odd numbered addresses. No outside watering of any kind is permitted on
Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
