MADISON, AL (WAFF) -

Surveillance video from Target in Madison showed a woman getting help buying an iPad2 from an employee. The problem is she used a stolen credit card to pay for it.

This started at the Belk at Madison Square Mall on April 10.

A woman was trying on some clothes in a fitting room. She laid her wallet on a chair for just a few seconds, but that's all it took for it to be stolen.

Minutes later, the thief walked in the door at Target.

She was able to use that card to purchase that iPad2 at Target, but she wasn't so lucky at a Walmart.

Surveillance video showed her trying to use the card again, but this time it was declined.

She is seen clearly on store surveillance in both stores on her way in and on her way out.

If you know who she is, you can phone in your tip to 256-53-CRIME, and you'll remain anonymous.
