OWENS CROSS ROADS, AL (WAFF) -
One man was arrested Sunday morning after attempting to steal a flat screen television from Walmart on Sutton Road.
An employee with Walmart notified a Huntsville Police officer around 12:30 a.m. that a man was attempting to leave the store with the television without paying.
Police said Walter Hicks shoved the officer and ran off, but after a short pursuit the officer caught up with Hicks and arrested him.
