SCOTTSBORO, AL (WAFF) -
A Sherwood, Tennessee man was arrested in Scottsboro on assault
charges Monday.
Officials said the incident occurred on June 24 in
Stevenson. Three victims were involved in an alleged assault case.
Jackson County deputies arrested 61-year-old Arthur Posey
and charge him with assault second degree, three counts of menacing and three
counts of reckless endangerment.
Posey was transferred to Jackson County Jail on $5,500 bond.
