HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
A Huntsville couple was reunited with their dogs Tuesday.
Lena and Lee Henry left their two dogs at Glenn's Animal Hospital
on Jordan Lane in Huntsville while they were away on vacation.
When they came back, the clinic had shut down due to an emergency
and their dogs were gone.
A veterinarian called the couple today to reunite them with their
dogs.
"I had no real idea, they kind of explained that the state had
closed them down so I took for granted that there were medical or health
reasons," said Lee Henry. "So when I finally got in contact with them that's
pretty much what it was."
The couple said they will take the animals to another vet clinic
until the hospital reopens.
