Designated Bama flight set for kick off game

HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

The Huntsville International Airport has designated a special flight for University of Alabama fans wishing to attend the kickoff game.

Delta Air Lines has designated a non-stop flight to Dallas for Alabama fans planning to attend the game.

The flight will depart Friday, August 31 from Huntsville and return Sunday, September 2.

The flight must be reserved by Friday, June 29.

The Alabama versus Michigan game will be September 1 in Arlington, Texas at 9 p.m. The game will be at Cowboys Stadium.

The University of Alabama is the current reigning national champions. They finished the 2011 season 11-1 with their only loss to LSU.

The University of Michigan went 11-2 their 2011 season.
