Accused serial robber to appear before judge - WAFF-TV: News, Weather and Sports for Huntsville, AL

Gregory Forbes will appear before a judge to have a felony exam hearing Wednesday.

Forbes is charged with six counts of robbery but officials said they plan to charge him in more.

Forbes and Ronald Allison were arrested in May for an armed robbery at the Quiznos on University Drive. Investigators said the two confessed to a number of robberies.

Officials said they expect to charge Forbes and Allison in connection with the robberies at Pizza Hut, Game Stop, two Dollar Generals, Jet's Pizza, Best Western, Comfort Inn, Days Inn, Subway, Shoe Show, Little Caesar's, La Quinta Inn, and The Liquor Store.

Investigators expect to make a third arrest in the robberies.

Forbes will appear before Judge Allison Austin at 8:30 a.m.
