HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

Huntsville police arrested a man after he robbed a K-Mart on Memorial Parkway.

Loss prevention officers said a juvenile placed a Sony headset, two lunch dinners and two packages of bacon in a backpack then attempted to leave.

When the officer tried to stop him, an altercation broke out. The officer suffered a cut to the arm, and the man fled.

Huntsville police later arrested him and charged him with third degree robbery strong arm.
