DEACTUR, AL (WAFF) -
Two people were seriously injured after a two-vehicle accident involving an 18-wheeler in Decatur.
Authorities say an 18-wheeler hit a car on the Beltline just after 6 p.m. Saturday.
Deputies said the driver of the car was taken to Huntsville Hospital by medflight.
The passenger was taken by ambulance. Their names have not been released.
The driver of the 18-wheeler was not injured.
Decatur Police are investigating.
