RAINSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
DeKalb County Sheriff's deputies arrested two convicted sex
offender for violations of sex offender regulations.
32-year-old Richard Holcomb was arrested for working at a
business located too close to a school in Rainsville.
28-year-old Billy Joe Busby was arrested for not having his
current address on his ID or driver's license.
Sex offenders are responsible for notifying their local law
enforcement office of any changes in residency or employment.
