LOWNDES COUNTY, AL (WAFF) - The District Attorney filed a motion to revoke Deandra Lee's Bond.

Lee is accused of shooting and killing 9-year-old twins Taylor and Jordan Dejerinett and their 73-year-old baby sitter Jack Mac Girdner.

Girdner and the Dejerinett's were found dead on a dirt road off Alabama Highway 21 near Hayneville June 5.

Lee was arrested June 8 in Selma, Alabama. He was charged with three counts of murder. The bond revocation was for a burglary charge and not the murders. His bond is still $3 million in the slaying case.

DA Charlotte Tesmer said it will be up to a grand jury to upgrade the charges to capital murder.
