MORGAN COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
Morgan County deputies busted a home on Powell Chapel Road near Falkville around 9 Wednesday night.
Officials said the people inside were making meth.
A concerned neighbor called 911 with the tip that they smelled a very strong odor coming from the house. Investigators said a fan was attached to a window of the house, and it was blowing meth fumes out of the house.
58-year-old Arthur Holt, 33-year-old Joseph Tatum and 34-year-old Sabrina Pew were arrested and charged with manufacturing meth. Tatum and Pew were out on bond for meth charges in Cullman County.
Investigators said they found ample evidence inside the home.
"We found an active working meth lab (…) setting out to dry," said Sheriff Ana Franklin.
Franklin said they have had complaints of high traffic in the area and are glad they could make an arrest.
