PULASKI, TN (WAFF) -

A Pulaski, TN man was served with 13 counts against him after he was indicted by the Giles County Grand Jury on Wednesday.

Maurice Dale "Jimmy" McAllister, 80, is currently being held in the Giles County Jail on sex charges against both victims in the Amish community.

McAllister was arrested by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation on May 1 on one count of aggravated rape, one count of sexual battery and one count of aggravated burglary.

Wednesday, he was indicted on those charges and on an additional 10 charges of three counts of aggravated rape, one count of aggravated sexual battery, and six counts of sexual battery.

The 13 charges stem from four female victims and one male victim who McAllister sexually abused over the course of seven years. At the time of the incidents, the victims were between 12 and 22 years old.

The investigation began when the District Attorney General requested TBI to investigate allegations of sexual assaults among several members of a local Amish community in Giles County.

The investigation is ongoing, and McAllister could face additional charges at a later date.

His bond was set at $2,250,000.
