CULLMAN, AL (WAFF) -
Cullman County officials arrested a man connected to up to eight home burglaries.
Investigators said the burglaries spanned across Cullman County. Authorities said most of the burglaries took place in the Etha community.
53-year-old Billy Dale Garrard was arrested after a month long investigation and charged with receiving stolen property third degree.
Authorities confiscated a large amount of stolen property, mostly tools. They valued the property at $10,000.
Investigators said this may not be the only arrest in the case and more charges are pending. His bond will not be set until further charges are determined.
