MADISON COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
Summertime often means pool time for some kids.
Lifeguards are watching those in the water to make sure they are safe, but what about what's happening outside the pool?
Workers at Dublin Park in Madison said they have extra eyes and ears for those inside the pool and out after parents complained about a man lurking around a Huntsville pool over the weekend.
Officials at Dublin Park said they are prepared for what the summer could bring.
"We just, everybody keeps an eye out. All the other volunteers or rec workers, they keep an eye out also and occasionally two or three times a day, the cops will pass through - checking the building and just ride through the parking lot," said Drew McCammon, aquatics supervisor at Dublin Park.
Police encourage any pool goers to let them know if they see any suspicious looking people at any public pools.
