A main break sent water rushing in an area along Hurricane Road Saturday night.
The deadly tornado outbreak destroyed parts of Alabama over a year ago. A congregation in Phil Campbell are finally rebuilding their place of worship.
It's been 13 months since the Mountain View Baptist Church was destroyed. A group called Builders for Christ is helping them rebuild.
"We feel that this is a church that is not only having church for its purposes these people are already giving back themselves," said Lawrence Corley, project director.
Corley said his group felt compelled to help. Over the next 15 weeks nearly 1500 volunteers from 20 different states will help with construction on the building.
In six days the church's framework will be almost complete.
"The hardest thing to do is wait just wait on the lord don't get ahead of him and it will all come about that's what he's doing here," said Pastor Sammy Taylor.
Construction on the church is expected to be complete in August.
