MARSHALL COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
Marshall County sheriff's deputies charged two men with
phone wire theft.
Officials reported that on Thursday AT&T reported phone
wire cut on Highway 16 in Boaz. They reported around $1,000 in losses and
$7,000 in damages.
Deputies apprehended the offenders at a recycling plant
trying to sell the wire.
Andrew Bittner of Oneonta and Warner Burnham of Albertville
were arrested and charged with first degree theft of property and first degree
criminal mischief.
