HEMSI took a man to the hospital early Friday morning after he slammed his truck into a tree.
The accident happened on Elkwood Section Road just east of Scott Road in Madison County just before 2 a.m.
State Troopers said the man ran his truck off the road, but they didn't say what caused him to crash.
They said the man was trapped in his truck for about 15 minutes while Bobo volunteer firefighters cut him out of the vehicle.
The driver was trapped in his truck for 15 minutes before firefighters could reach him.
