NASHVILLE, TN (WAFF) -
An Alabama man was charged in the theft of a guitar that belonged to Hank Williams Jr.
Officials estimated the guitar was worth $15,000.
Police said the custom-made 1968 Les Paul guitar was stolen from Williams' cabin in July of 2010. It was recovered later that month when it was given to Wayne Mills of the Wayne Mills Band as a gift during a concert in Sheffield.
Pike County Sheriff's deputies arrested Adam Dale Broach of Nostasulga, Sunday. He was charged with first degree theft of property.
