Decatur
Police arrested a registered sex offender after he failed to report his change
of address.
Skyler
Owen Cannon was arrested after police performed a compliance check and found
Cannon was living at an American Inn in Decatur. Cannon was registered at a different
home in Decatur.
He
was charged with failing to notify law enforcement and booked in the Morgan
County Jail.
