MEMPHIS, TN -

(WMC-TV) – The Federal Bureau of Investigation added Adam Mayes on its Top Ten Most Wanted Fugitive List.

Mayes' photo was added to the FBI's website Wednesday afternoon.

The reward for information leading to the arrest of this extremely dangerous man is up to $175,000.

Mayes is suspected of kidnapping and murder. He is on the run, and investigators believe he still has the two young Bain sisters with him.

Jo Ann Bain and her three daughters, Adrienne, Alexandria, and Kyliyah, went missing April 27 from their home in Hardeman County, TN.

The bodies of Jo Ann Bain and her daughter, Adrienne, 14, were found in the backyard of the Alpine, MS, home Mayes lived in with his wife, Teresa, and his parents, Mary Frances and Johnny Mayes.

In a news conference Wednesday afternoon, the FBI said they are exhausting all resources in an effort to find the little girls.

Shortly after the news conference, Chopper 5 spotted a camouflage tent set up deep in the woods in Union County.  When Chopper 5 alerted authorities, they sent heavily armed officers into the woods to investigate.  There is no word on what, if anything, the officers found in the tent, or whether it is connected to the case.

This is just one example of how officers are taking all leads seriously and checking every single one that comes is reported to them.

The FBI said they do not have a motive at this time, and they are being careful not to release information that would put the sisters in further jeopardy.

"We are spending day and night, 24 hours a day, to bring you back home to Tennessee," an FBI agent said, addressing Alexandria and Kyliyah Bain.

The same agent had a message for Mayes as well, "Turn those girls in to a safe location, whether it's a police dept, a church with responsible adults there, or a hospital, turn the girls in, and then peacefully and safely turn yourself in to law enforcement."

Mayes' wife, Teresa, and his mother, Mary Frances, were arrested Tuesday and charged in connection with the kidnapping.

Teresa is charged with two counts of first degree murder, two counts of especially aggravated kidnapping.

The latest police affidavit reveals that Teresa watched her husband kill Jo Ann Bain in a Whiteville garage. She also told investigators Mayes killed Adrienne in the same town. She admits to driving the vehicle with the bodies inside it to Alpine, MS, where they were found buried in a backyard.

During the interview, Teresa also stated that Adam Mayes' plan was to kidnap the two younger girls. The murders of Jo Ann and Adrienne were directly part of the kidnapping.

Mayes' mother, Mary Frances, faces four counts of conspiracy to commit especially aggravated kidnapping.

The FBI said Mayes' father is currently in New Albany, MS.

Surveillance video surfaced Tuesday of Adam Mayes in a convenience store in Guntown, MS. The video was taken just three days after the family disappeared.

The video shows Mayes cut his hair.

Keep in mind, Mayes is considered armed and extremely dangerous. He may be using the aliases Christopher Zachery Wylde or Paco Rodrigass.

If you have any information on Adam Mayes' whereabouts, you are asked to contact 1-800-TBI-FIND.
