Giles county sheriff's deputies arrested a man for possession
of prescription drugs and stolen merchandise.
Deputies executed a search of a residence on West College
Street in Pulaski. They recovered a number of prescription pills and suspected
stolen merchandise including a pistol and power tools.
Thomas Arsten Gentry was arrested and charged with possession
of schedule III drugs for resale within one thousand feet of a city park and
possession of schedule III drugs for resale. His bond was set at $15,000.
During the search of the home, police received a call from a
woman wanting to buy drugs from Gentry. When Genia Leslie Conner arrived at the
home, officials arrested her and charged her with solicitation to purchase
schedule III drugs. Her bond was set at $10,000.
