Alabama Senate passes Tracy's Law

HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

Family members of Tracy Morris say Tracy's Law passed the Senate Tuesday.

The Anti-Stalking Law cleared the Senate now goes to the governor for his signature.

The bill is named after Tracy Morris, a Huntsville nurse, who was murdered in 1999.

Jason Sharp remains on death row for her murder.

Tracy's family says he stalked Tracy before killing her and there was nothing she could legally do to stop it.
