BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -
The LSU fan who was the subject of a viral youtube video and alleged sexual harassment has filed suit.
The video was taken after LSU's loss in the national championship. The victim, Garrison Stamp, is not only suing Brian Downing, the man seen allegedly harassing him, but he's also suing the company where the incident took place; Krystal Burger on Bourbon Street.
Stamp says the employees at krystal Burger knew what downing was doing, but didn't intervene.
Stamp wants damages for mental anguish, humiliation, and damage to his reputation.
