HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
A Huntsville man died Sunday in a motorcycle crash on Highway 431 in Petersburg, Tennessee.
Richard Martin died when a car hit his motorcycle. According to News Channel 5 in Nashville, DUI charges are pending for the driver of the car.
Martin's Facebook page said he was a 1984 graduate of Grissom High School.
WAFF 48 News is working to confirm the driver's name and any possible charges.
No word yet has been released on funeral arrangements. A friend of Martin said riding his motorcycle in Tennessee was one of Martin's favorite pastimes.
Martin was riding his motorcycle when a car struck and killed him.
