MADISON COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
Alabama's primary election runoff yielded a very low turnout.
In some locations, poll workers outnumbered the voters.
The state's top election official expected turnout to be as low as two percent on Tuesday. That is because there is no statewide race on the democratic ballot.
There's only one statewide race on the republican side.
That race features Twinkle Cavanaugh against Chip Brown for the GOP nomination for president of the public service commission.
