CULLMAN, AL (WAFF) -
A Cullman man accused of killing his wife appeared in court Tuesday morning.
Michael Lindsay is charged with Tammy Lindsay's murder.
She was killed at their home in Cullman County just hours after Michael was released from the psychiatric ward of a local hospital.
The hearing was at 10 a.m.
