HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
A former Morgan County principal is injured in a two-vehicle in Huntsville.
Officials say around 11 a.m. Saturday a gold Chrysler Sebring and red Nissan Altima collided at the intersection of South Memorial Parkway and Green Cove Road.
Investigators say the Sebring crossed over into south bound traffic and struck the Nissan.
Officials say the driver of the Sebring, 53-year-old Guy Clayton Bowling, was ejected. He is listed in critical condition at Huntsville Hospital, according to police.
Bowling served as the principal at Priceville and Union Hills schools before he recently retired last year.
A nine-year-old passenger in the Nissan suffered serious injuries but are not life-threatening. The driver's injuries were also not life-threatening.
All three victims were treated at Huntsville Hospital.
Toxicology tests are pending on Bowling.
Huntsville Police are currently investigating the accident.
