Another hearing scheduled today surrounding Hammad Memon

We continue to stay on top of the Hammad Memon murder case. The 16-year-old remains in jail this morning after a judge revoked his bond yesterday. Memon is accused of shooting and killing his classmate, Todd Brown, at Discovery Middle School in 2010. Brown's family filed a civil lawsuit, naming Memon's parents, along with Madison City School officials. A hearing will be held this afternoon regarding that lawsuit. WAFF 48 News will be in the courtroom today. We will keep you posted on what happens.

It was a busy night for Huntsville police. They worked a robbery AND wound up in a chase! The robbery happened around 10 p.m. at the Comfort Inn on University Drive, for the second time in just over a week. About an hour later, a chase began after officers tried to make a traffic stop. The driver did not stop, and is still on the run this morning. Tune in to WAFF 48 News Today for more interesting details in both of these incidents.
