MADISON COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
Hammad Memon's attorney has confirmed Memon will have a bond hearing on Thursday morning at 11:30 a.m. with Judge Karen Hall.
According to the Madison County District Attorney's Office, Memon's parents
tried to get him out of the country so he could avoid his upcoming murder
trial.
Dallas Police arrested Hammad and his mother Friday after a judge revoked the accused teen murderer's bond.
He's charged with the 2010 murder of 14-year-old Todd Brown, a classmate at Discovery Middle School.
