HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
A Madison County Grand Jury indicted two men for killing a teenager on Halloween night outside a Huntsville recreation center.
The grand jury indicted Henry Varise and Sheldon Henry on one count of murder and one count of assault 1st degree.
They are accused of killing Christopher Collier and wounding another man outside the Richard Showers Center.
Martez Jones survived the shooting and told WAFF 48 News shortly after the two men were arrested that the two suspects thought the shooting was a joke.
"They were laughing and thought it was funny because we lost someone," said Jones back in January.
A trial date for Varise and Henry has not yet been set.
