JACKSON COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
A Jackson County man has been ordered to serve five years for rape and sodomy charges.
Samuel Beal was initially charged in March 2011 with having sexual images of a female relative.
He was arrested again for having sexual relations with the young girl's friend.
In a plea deal with prosecutors eight other charges, including producing porn with a minor, were dropped.
Samuel Beal was sentenced to five years for rape and sodomy.
