HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

Amy Bishop's attorneys decided not to appeal a Massachusetts judge's decision to release all but 30 pages of the inquest into the 1986 shooting death of her brother, Seth Bishop.

This inquest didn't happen until after the shootings at UA-Huntsville in 2010.

Seth Bishop's death was initially ruled an accident.

Amy Bishop Anderson will go to trial next month for shooting six people on the Huntsville college campus. Three of those victims died.
