DECATUR, AL (WAFF) -
Decatur Police are searching for Dyron Rashad Primus. He's wanted for robbery and burglary.
Police say Primus and two other men robbed an 18-year-old man at gunpoint in January. The men also forced the victim into his house where he was attacked. The victim's parents were sleeping at the time of the attack and woke up during the struggle.
Detectives arrested Marlon Clopton Junior at his home on Loggers Way one day after the attack. He was charged with robbery and burglary.
Dyron Primus was identified as a second suspect in this case. Police have not located him and he is wanted by Community Corrections for violations of his probation.
Primus may be driving a small maroon car, a silver Pontiac Grand Prix belonging to his mother, a pewter 2002 Chevy Trailblazer or a black 1996 Ford Explorer with a Sponge Bob Square Pants sticker in the side window.
Police say the third individual in the crime has not been identified yet. Anyone with information on the location of Dyron Primus or the identity of the third offender is urged to contact the Decatur Police Department at 256-341-466.
