Tuscumbia Police Chief Tony Logan wants a court to reconsider his conviction and sentence for DUI.
Logan's attorneys filed new motions this week.
Logan's attorneys are asking the trial court to reconsider their verdict. Last month an Etowah County Jury found Logan guilty of driving under the influence.
At this time it's unclear whether or not the court will grant the motions.
If these motions are not granted it's likely Logan's attorney's will take his case to the Court of Appeals.
