5 people arrested in Morgan County drug bust

SOMERVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

Five people face drug related charges after a meth bust in Morgan County.

Investigators said they found an 18-month old in the house with the suspects. That toddler is with family members.

The drug task force team searched the home at 53 Hagood Drive in Somerville.

Agents found two one pot meth labs, a pretty large amount of meth, drug paraphernalia, a little bit of marijuana and several meth-making ingredients.

Mark Haywood and Angel Vick were charged with first degree meth manufacturing, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and drug endangerment of a child. Their bonds have not been set.

Chelsa Ferry was also charged with child endangerment. Her bond amount was set at $2,500.

Timothy Ferry was charged with possession of marijuana with a $300 bond.

Agents said they also found Danielle Lane during the bust. They charged her with loitering in a drug house. Her bond was also set at $300.

Morgan County Sheriff's deputies, drug task force agents, Priceville Police officers and Decatur organized crime agents all helped with the bust.
