GUNTERSVILLE, AL (WAFF) - A retired seniors organization is pitching in to help people with their taxes in Marshall County.
The Retired Senior Volunteer Program is helping people get their taxes done at several locations in the county including the Guntersville Recreation Center.
They can do most any tax returns except those with rental properties. Officials say the volunteers received two weeks of training. The service is free to the public.
"We are going to the high schools. They can use three different tax programs on the computer at the high school," said Elaine Mynatt, site coordinator.
