PLAINVIEW, AL (WAFF) -
Components for a new storm shelter at Plainview High School will arrive Saturday.
The principal said they will be put in place on foundations already in place at the high school.
The school was heavily damaged by a tornado on April 27, 2011. Students now attend class in portable classrooms.
The shelter will be finished and ready for use by early February.
