MARSHALL COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -

The teenager accused of killing a Marshall County baby will be in court next month.

17-year-old Immanuel Gage Allen is charged with the murder of 11-month-old Gemma Lashae Moore.

The baby died earlier this month at a local hospital.

Allen has a preliminary hearing set for February 28th. His attorney is also planning to ask the judge to lower Allen's bond.

Gemma's mother, 24-year-old Bridgett Duncan, is charged with aggravated child abuse.
