WAFF-TV: News, Weather and Sports for Huntsville, ALBoaz Police Chief hit by apparent drunk driver
Boaz Police Chief Terry Davis was taken to the emergency room after a wreck Friday afternoon.
Davis' work car was hit by an apparent drunk driver in front of Marshall Medical Center on Highway 431.
The driver of the other car, Joseph Thomas, was also taken to the ER. He is now in Boaz Police custody.
Davis is expected to be ok.
