JACKSON COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -

This spring, a Jackson County grand jury will hear the case against a man accused of killing his girlfriend.

Eddie Chandler is charged with the murder of Sherry Necaise.

Investigators said he claimed he found her body Monday in his home near Henagar.

Chandler's bond is set at $250,000, and court records show the case will be presented to a grand jury March 12th.

This is the second time a woman has died in Chandler's home. Relatives said Chandler's wife died of a gunshot wound at that home in 1996. We're told that case is still open.
