MADISON COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
A trial date has been set for the man convicted of killing five people in Tennessee.
32-year-old Jacob Shaffer pleaded guilty in July of killing five people, including his estranged wife. Shaffer is also accused of killing Sidney Dempsey in Huntsville. The stabbings happened in 2009.
Shaffer was booked into the Madison County Jail on January 18th on capital murder charges. He is being held without bond.
