HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
A crook stole some money at a bank. The catch is: He didn't rob the bank. He
stole money from a bank customer.
It happened at the Redstone Federal Credit Union on North Parkway in
Huntsville November 12th. A woman left an envelope at a counter as she was
filling out a bank slip. A man walked in, spotted the envelope, and walked out
with it. Police say there was just over $300 in that envelope.
The man is seen very clearly on surveillance video.
If you know who he is, call Huntsville Area Crime Stoppers at 256-53-Crime. You'll
be eligible for a reward of up to a thousand dollars.
