DECATUR, AL (WAFF) -

A Morgan County health gave the Waffle House on 6th Avenue in Decatur an 82. The inspector reported 12 total violations. One of those was a critical violation as the inspector reported sausage gravy (125 F) held below the hot-holding food requirement temperature of 145 degrees.

A Colbert County health inspector handed O'Malley's in Sheffield an 81. Three critical violations were reported there, including potentially hazardous food with no date marks and a broken ice bucket.

The Pulaski University Texaco Food Mart in Huntsville scored an 81. The health inspector reported raw eggs and ranch dressing too warm (50-70 F), in the food danger zone.

A Lawrence County health inspector reported dirty soda nozzles, a dirty slushy machine and a dirty ice bucket at the Quick Mart on Highway 20 in Town creek. The Quick Mart scored an 81.
