MADISON COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
A hearing set for a man accused of shooting two members of law enforcement has been delayed indefinitely.
Joseph Shriver is charged with attempted murder.
Investigators say he shot a Madison County Sheriff's deputy and a Fayetteville Police officer back in November.
Shriver is in a maximum security prison in Nashville.
We're working to find out why this hearing is delayed.
