DEKALB COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
Defense attorneys are asking for a mental evaluation for a man accused of killing his father.
Tony Stone is accused of stabbing Barry Stone to death back in October.
DeKalb County investigators said the father and son had an argument just before the attack.
Attorneys for Tony Stone say he has a history of mental illness, and because of that history, the judge should order a mental evaluation.
The judge has not issued a ruling.
